Development Permit Application No. 22DP02-07


                      With respect to development on lands described as Lot 8, Block 13, Plan 395 MC with the Village of Spring Lake, AB. 


A notice of appeal against a decision of the Development Authority in respect to Development Permit No. 22DP02-07 on the above noted Lands has been received.


The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board has arranged the following date, time and place for a hearing:           


Date:              Thursday, June 16, 2022

Time:              6:00 P.M.

Place:             Village of Spring Lake

                        990 Bauer Avenue

Spring Lake, AB  T7Z 2S9


This hearing is held for the purpose of determining the basis of the appeal, as well as the reasons for the decision given by the Development Approving Authority.   You have the right to submit a written brief prior to the Hearing and/or attend the Hearing and to speak for or against the proposed development.  If you have any written submissions to be presented at the hearing, please submit them to the Clerk of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by email or by mail to be received no later than June 10, 2022 at 4:30pm.
