Outdoor Rink 

Welcome to the Village of Spring Lake Outdoor Rinks!

We’re excited to offer our residents two fantastic outdoor skating options:

• Main Outdoor Rink (ODR): Perfect for public skating and leisure hockey.
• Kids' Rink: A smaller, dedicated space designed just for young children.

Please take a moment to review the following rules to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience:

Outdoor Rink Rules

1. Public Use Only: The rinks cannot be reserved or booked.
2. Public Skating & Leisure Hockey: No team practices or games are allowed.
3. Use at Your Own Risk: Village staff do not monitor the rinks.
4. Surveillance: 24-hour video monitoring is in place. Any vandalism will be charged back to the responsible homeowner.
5. Equipment: Two hockey nets are available for shared use.
6. Maintenance: Village staff will flood the rinks during weekday business hours, weather permitting.
7. Clean Up: Please keep the area clean by picking up after yourself.
8. Weather Closure: If the weather is over 1 degree we will have to close the rink to ensure everyone's safety
9. Rink Bookings: There are no rink bookings available for anyone during the season, we keep the  rink open to the public at all times ( not including weather shut downs)

Tuesday: 8:30am to 10:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am to 10:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am to 10:00pm

Friday: 8:30am to 10:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 10:00pm

Sunday: 8:30am to 10:00pm
