2026 - 2030 Strategic Plan
The Yellowhead Regional Library has released its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, outlining a clear vision for the future of library services across the region. Built around the key pillars of environment, people, and technology, the plan focuses on strengthening community connections, supporting library staff and boards, and expanding digital access. It also emphasizes advocacy, innovation, and adaptability to ensure libraries remain relevant and responsive to changing needs. This forward-looking strategy will help guide local libraries in continuing to provide valuable services and resources to residents over the next five years.
