VILLAGE OF SPRING LAKE BYLAW #393 & 394
BEING A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF SPRING LAKE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATING THE KEEPING OF BEE KEEPING & HENS IN URBAN AREAS
The Village of Spring Lake has had FIRST reading on Bylaw #393 & 394,
the URBAN BEE KEEPING & HENS Bylaw.
For those residents who should have input or suggestions regarding Bylaw #393 & 394 please submit your comments to the Village Office in writing by noon November 26, 2021. Discussion and the possibility of Second and Third Reading for Bylaw #393 & 394 are scheduled for the Regular Council Meeting of December 14, 2021.

Questions Regarding Golf Carts
In recent months, the Village has fielded a number of inquiries about golf carts being allowed on the roads within Spring Lake.
In the Province of Alberta prohibits the use of miniature vehicles on roads. Golf carts are considered a miniature vehicle and therefore is prohibited to be driven on any road within Alberta including within the Village of Spring Lake. Please see the following reference link below.
